GHP Magazine’s 2021 Technology Awards Highlight Innovations that Improve Healthcare and Quality of Life
New York, NY – February 15, 2022 – PainScript, Inc., a telehealth and compliance technologies (TACT) company offering a flexible personalized telehealth platform for chronic care management, and a subsidiary of Optimus Healthcare Services, Inc. (OTC: OHCS), announced today that it was named the “Best Chronic Care Management Platform” and received the “Pain Care Excellence Award 2021” as part of the Global Health and Pharma (GHP) Magazine’s 2021 Technology Awards. The GHP Technology Awards recognize businesses and professionals who have made exceptional contributions and innovations in the medical technology industry.
The PainScript application is an easy-to-use mobile app that connects physicians with their patients in an individualized manner designed to improve medication compliance and care plan adherence. Validated through nine peer-reviewed and published trials, and through the use of daily “touches,” the PainScript TACT solution provides physicians and patients with early warning signs of deteriorating health, while proactively increasing compliance with therapeutic protocols. Initial verticals include chronic pain patients under the care of a pain management specialist and substance use disorder (SUD) patients under psychiatric care. A bariatric vertical is in near-term development with a target launch in the first half of 2022, and additional care verticals are planned for late 2022 and into 2023.
“The PainScript solution represents the cutting edge of the Optimus TACT approach that is designed to improve health outcomes for patients with chronic conditions requiring daily medication and on-going care plan management,” said Dan Cohen, CEO of PainScript and President of Optimus Healthcare Services. “PainScript allows doctors to put patients first with a user-friendly app that receives patient provided answers to key clinically validated questions daily to gauge and improve care plan and medication adherence. In doing so, PainScript leads to better outcomes for patients and the physicians that treat them.”
Mr. Cohen continued: “We are honored to be both named the “Best Chronic Care Management Platform” and receive the “Pain Care Excellence Award 2021” by GHP Magazine as part of its 2021 Technology Awards. We express our gratitude to the awards’ committee for recognizing PainScript as an innovative business and medical technology dedicated to improving patient care and the healthcare industry as a whole.”
